Interview With Mr. Hari & Mrs. Jenneffer Pulapaka
1. How does India as a holiday destination compare with other international destinations?
India is a great destination because for us, it offers an unparalleled diversity of culture, geography, history, cuisine. Of course, having family is an added bonus.

2. You visited India seven times over the past decade, covering different parts on each trip. Which has been your most remarkable trip and if we may ask, why?
We would say the first trip to Kanha Tiger Preserve when we had tremendous wildlife sightings and great hospitality.

3. You both are fortunate to have seen quite a few tigers, besides other exotic animals and birds on your trip? Could you describe you feelings the moment you sight one?
The feelings are those of amazement, respect, humility, and of course unadulterated excitement.

4. You’ve used L’orient Travels as your tour operator for all your trips, what brings you back to them?
Mr. Hector D’Souza and his staff has always been professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Additionally, the flexibility and options offered are of great value.

5. To which part of India are you planning your next adventure?
When we visit India next, we hope to re-visit the North East (Sikkim, Darjeeling etc.) and also perhaps Ladakh, Leh, and perhaps, the Nilgiris.

Sorry for not replying earlier. Yes, we did have a wonderful time in Karnataka.
The safari was very good, we saw 2 elephants, a lot of deer, monkeys, mongoose, eagles and huge squirrels. Of the tiger we only saw a fresh footprint, but that didn’t disappoint us at all. We really liked the activities they offered at the Orange County resorts like birdwatching, plantation walks, village visit etc.
The visits to Mysore, Belur and Halebid were very interesting as well.
We were very happy to have Krishna as our driver, he did an excellent job, was very polite and helpful. We would recommend him to any of our friends.
We all would like to thank you and your team for organizing our trip so well and for responding to all of our demands and requests so patiently.
You did a wonderful job.
