O.K. here it is – our testimonial. You are free to use it as a whole or parts of it: Usually, I am not prone to using superlatives, but “perfect” is the only word I can think of to describe how L’Orient Travels has prepared our family trip to Rajasthan in March of 2014.

We had some requirements of where to go and what to see – they were all met. At other points we asked for suggestions, they were given and explained – and they turned out to be good. We did not like the first hotel suggestions – we got a new quote with a new set of hotels, and they turned out to be exactly what we wanted and liked. In the middle of the planning process, we invited a friend to join us for half of the trip – everything was rearranged quickly. We had not given any specification about guides – they were there wherever a guide was useful, and they were competent and willing to support. And even during our trip, Hector Dsouza called every other day to ask whether everything was going well and if he could be of any further support. We enjoyed our trip so much – and to a large part that was made possible by the preparations and arrangements made by L’Orient Travels. We hope to be back and see even more of this beautiful country!

One more thing: Because of us changing plans, the final decisions were made only days before our trip. There was no time to send a contract to and fro before it was time to pay; all we had was the e-mail exchange. Everybody, even our bank, advised strongly against transferring money to a small Indian company without a written contract. We did anyway, and we had nothing to regret. We found L’Orient Travels to be a respectable and reliable business partner.
